Tom Tiffany unleashed a new statewide television ad Tuesday that hammers liberal policies in the state capital for flooding Wisconsin families with higher taxes, waste, and fraud.
Filmed at the Willow Flowage dam, where Tiffany has worked as a dam tender for 29 years. “Wisconsin’s families are underwater,” he says, before vowing to “stop the flow of waste and fraud in state government,” lower property taxes, defend family farms, protect homes from Wall Street investors, and cut utility rates.
The ad’s signature line delivers the punch: “Since Madison’s solution to every problem is to drain your pocketbook, it’s time to send in the Dam Man.”
Tiffany contrasts his record of fiscal restraint with what he calls years of unchecked Democratic spending and regulatory overreach coming out of Madison. The spot closes, urging voters to “Send in the Dam Man.”
