Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Tiffany will be joined by Congressman Bryan Steil and rising conservative star Congressman Brandon Gill (R-Texas) for a series of Get Out The Vote rallies across southeastern Wisconsin on Saturday, October 17.
The three Republicans will make stops in Janesville, Mount Pleasant, and Bristol as Tiffany’s campaign enters the final two weeks before Election Day, rallying grassroots conservatives ahead of the November 3 election.
The campaign has announced three events for Saturday:
- Janesville – 11:30 AM: Sidelines, 731 S. Wuthering Hills Drive, Janesville, WI 53546.
- Mount Pleasant – 3:30 PM: Wildfire Social, 6825 Washington Avenue, Mount Pleasant, WI 53406.
- Bristol – 4:30 PM: D’s Barn, 8025 128th Avenue, Bristol, WI 53104.
The events, which are free to attend, come just days before Wisconsin voters can begin casting their ballots in person. Early in-person absentee voting begins Tuesday, October 20, giving voters an opportunity to cast their ballots ahead of Election Day.
Saturday’s stops will also take place in Wisconsin’s 1st Congressional District, where Steil is facing one of the most closely watched reelection battles of his congressional career.
Steil, who has represented southeastern Wisconsin since 2019, has historically been a strong incumbent, consistently winning reelection by comfortable margins and outperforming expectations in a district that has grown increasingly competitive.
However, with control of the U.S. House hanging in the balance, national Democrats have made defeating Steil a priority, pouring millions of dollars into the district in the closing weeks of the election.
Despite Steil’s history of electoral success, the influx of outside spending and newly redrawn congressional boundaries have placed his seat firmly on the national political radar, with the outcome potentially playing a role in determining which party controls the House next January.
Joining Tiffany and Steil on the campaign trail will be one of the Republican Party’s most prominent young conservative voices.
Gill, who represents Texas’s 26th Congressional District, was elected to Congress in 2024 and has quickly established himself as a rising star within the America First movement.
A former conservative media entrepreneur and founder of the DC Enquirer, Gill has gained national attention for his fiery congressional hearings, confrontations with liberal activists and government officials, and outspoken advocacy for conservative policies.
Since taking office, Gill has emerged as a prominent voice on immigration enforcement, introducing legislation to codify the Remain in Mexico policy and pushing to restrict birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants.
Gill serves on the House Judiciary, Budget, and Oversight Committees, where his pointed questioning of government officials, including NPR executives and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, has generated viral moments among conservative audiences.
With the governor’s office and control of Congress both at stake this November, Wisconsin is once again shaping up to be a major political battleground. Saturday’s three-stop swing underscores the national attention on southeastern Wisconsin as Republicans and Democrats enter the final stretch of the 2026 election.
